RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At Ovation Designs, a brand of Peak Ecom, we offer a transparent and customer-friendly return and refund policy. Here's what you need to know:

Return Period: You have a period of 30 days from the receipt of your item to request a return.

Refund Timing: The refund period is 7 working days from the date of delivery to our warehouse of the returned item. There are no restocking fees or other additional fees for a customer return.

Return Policy

If you wish to return an item, please contact us at the email address contact@ovation-designs.com. We will provide you with a withdrawal form template to fill out to initiate the return process. Please note that return costs are the responsibility of the customer in case of a return decision.

Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, please contact us quickly at the email address contact@ovation-designs.com. If your order has already been shipped, you have the option to return the items within 30 days of their receipt.

Damages and Issues

We encourage you to inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can address the situation. In the case of a defective product, we provide a free prepaid return label to facilitate the return process.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, return it in accordance with our return policy, then place a new order for the desired product.

Taxes and Duties

We cover all taxes and duties related to our shipments, ensuring that the amount you pay at the time of order is the final amount.

Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 working days.

There are no restocking fees on returns.
