General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (GTCU) of the ovation-designs.com site

Preamble

Welcome to the ovation-designs.com website. This site is operated by the brand Ovation Designs, whose owning company is Peak Ecom, SAS domiciled at 79 rue Villiers de l'Isle Adam, 75020 Paris. Although the brand and the site are identified under the name Ovation Designs, please note that all transactions, obligations, and responsibilities are under the aegis of Peak Ecom.

The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Use (hereinafter "GTCU") apply to every visit or purchase on this site.

Article 1 - Definitions

The terms and expressions used herein, when preceded by a capital letter, mean, within the context of their use in this contract:

Site: the ovation-designs.com website Products: the products available on the Site User: any person who uses the Site Customer: any person making a purchase on the Site Article 2 - Acceptance of the GTCU

The use of the Site implies full and complete acceptance of the current GTCU. These GTCU are accessible at any time on the Site.

Article 3 - Prices and Payment

The prices of our products are indicated in euros including all taxes (VAT and other possible taxes). All orders are payable in euros.

Article 4 - Orders

The order will only be considered accepted after full payment. An order confirmation will be sent to the Customer by email.

Article 5 - Delivery

Delivery is made to the delivery address indicated by the Customer, provided that it must be the residence address of the Customer, a physical person of their choice, or a legal entity.

Article 6 - Returns and Complaints

The Customer has a period of 30 days from the receipt of the Products to make complaints.

Article 7 - Liability

The liability of Peak Ecom cannot be engaged in case of non-performance or poor performance of the contract due either to the act of the buyer, to the insurmountable and unforeseeable act of a third party to the contract, or to a case of force majeure.

Article 8 - Intellectual Property

All elements of the Site belong to Peak Ecom. No one is authorized to reproduce, exploit, or use for any reason, even partially, elements of the Site.

Article 9 - Personal Data

Peak Ecom commits to protecting the personal data of its Customers. All personal data collected are treated with the strictest confidentiality.

Article 10 - Disputes

Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these GTCU will be subject to French law.

The ovation-designs.com site is hosted by Shopify.
