Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time
All estimated/typical delivery times are derived from real data from past orders. These are approximate times for reference only. The total delivery time is therefore a maximum of 7 working days from the order date on our site ovation-designs.com. If your order takes longer to be delivered, please contact us at contact@ovation-designs.com.
Working Days: Monday - Friday
The cut-off time for considering your order is 14:00h.
Processing The processing time starts from the date you place your order. It typically takes 1 to 3 working days to process your order. Once processed, we can ship it.
Shipping

Tracking Your Order
When your items are shipped, you should receive a notification from us by email with a tracking number.
If you haven't received it or if the tracking number doesn't work, it's okay. Contact us at contact@ovation-designs.com and we'll sort it out!
Changing Your Address
We cannot change the delivery address once it's in transit. If you need to change the delivery location of your order, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at contact@ovation-designs.com.
Cancellations
If you change your mind before receiving your order, we can accept cancellations at any time before the order is shipped. Please refer to our refund policy if an order has already been shipped.
Unexpected Delays Delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated here. Please contact us at contact@ovation-designs.com if your package takes TOO long (and outside our advised delivery time of 2 to 8 working days) to arrive, and we will help you resolve any situation we have control over!
Damaged Package in Transit:
If you find a package damaged in transit, please refuse the package from the courier and contact our customer service. If the package was delivered without your presence, please contact customer service for next steps.
